The hub-and-spoke model
The hub-and-spoke model used by Pall-Ex is designed to maximise efficiency and deliver a greener distribution solution, meaning you can reduce your environmental impact while saving valuable resources for your business.
Members collect palletised freight from their customers throughout the day, consolidate it at their depot and then line-haul freight to the Pall-Ex Central Hub in Leicestershire.
Pallets are then offloaded and reloaded with inbound freight, which will return to the member’s own depot for delivery to the final, local destination.

Benefitting from two-hour ETAs and live proof of delivery (POD), you can stay in complete control of your consignment as it travels from our depot in North Yorkshire to its final destination.
